Term 2 Classes

We will be kicking off term 2 with water colour painting, discover Optical art through our artist study of Victor Vasarely and learn some drawing techniques for the human face amongst other exciting projects.

At the end of term 1 we said farewell to our fabulous tutor Sharon Saunders.  We would like to thank Sharon for sharing her amazing skills with us all and look forward to seeing her again in holiday workshops in the near future.

Anna will be returning as the tutor for Wednesday classes for term 2.

Classes will commence in Pukekohe for the term 2 on Monday 12th May, the 2nd week of term as usual.  If you would like to reserve a place for your child please email as soon as possible.

If your child was registered last term they will be re-registered this term automatically.  Please let us know ASAP if they do not require their place this term.

Arty Parties, Face Painting & Entertainment

All current Young at Art students can receive a 10% discount for our ‘Arty Party’s’ and also face painting, fairy, glam or gore parties & other entertainment available through Magical Masquerade Professional Face Painting (Anna with her other hat on!).  We also offer face painting and basic special FX workshops from time to time.  Please contact us for more information or check out www.magicalmasquerade.co.nz.

We love to recycle at Young at Art!  If you have anything unwanted in your garage or home that may come in useful we would be very grateful!  Often the most random items can become an amazing inspirational project.
